On August 1, residents of various districts of Tashkent city may face a number of inconveniences. This was officially reported by the local gas supply services.
According to officials, due to repair and technical maintenance work, the supply of natural gas will be temporarily interrupted in Sergeli, Bektemir, and Chilanzar districts. These changes may cause certain inconveniences for households and entities engaged in production activities.
Below are the specific times and locations by district:
Sergeli District:
— Gas outage time: from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
— Location: "Qumariq" Mahalla
— According to the latest estimates: 456 private households and 4 major consumers will be temporarily disconnected.
Bektemir District:
— Gas outage time: from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
— Location: "Oltintopgan" Mahalla
— For the public: 320 private households and 10 wholesale consumers will be without gas during this time.
Chilanzar District:
— Gas outage time: from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
— Location: "2-Chark Kamolon" Mahalla
— Affected: 184 private houses, 6 multi-storey buildings, and 7 wholesale gas consumers.
These repair works are being carried out solely to improve technical conditions, ensure safety, and guarantee uninterrupted future supply. Through such short-term shutdowns, engineers will inspect the entire system and eliminate any existing malfunctions.
