A new “Zarafshan–Karakum” route has been presented to tourists

In recent years, a trend has been observed in the global tourism market – a growing interest in unusual, authentic, and yet not widely discovered destinations. In turn, new projects in the field of tourism are also being implemented in our country in order to develop both domestic and international tourism.

In cooperation with the Tourism Committee and relevant organizations in the sector, a new route has been developed to further reveal the historical and natural heritage of our country, diversify types of tourism, and extend the duration of tourists’ stay in our country. This route, called the “Zarafshan – Karakum Route” of the Great Silk Road, includes a tourism ring covering the Navoi, Samarkand, and Bukhara regions.

Within the framework of the new route, historical monuments, cultural centers, samples of national architecture, and places rich in natural beauty have been prepared to welcome tourists. This tourist ring can give unique impressions not only to guests of our country but also to local travelers.

At the same time, in connection with the launch of the route, representatives of the tourism sector, guides, and tour operators are advised to prepare travel programs along this route. This will not only create convenience for tourists but also contribute to the further growth of the tourism potential of our country.

It should be noted that the “Zarafshan – Karakum” tourist route is a new and modern interpretation of the Great Silk Road, offering the opportunity to both return to our historical roots and take a step into the future.
