Uzbekistanis will be able to travel to Jordan without a visa from September 25

Uzbek citizens will be able to travel to Jordan without a visa starting from September 25 of this year. This was reported by the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Ahror Burkhanov.

According to his clarification, 30 days after the signing of the official agreement on the introduction of a visa-free regime between Uzbekistan and Jordan, that is, from September 25, it comes into force. Now, Uzbeks can stay in Jordan without a visa for up to 30 days. This creates great convenience and freedom for travelers.

It is known that on August 26, in Samarkand, negotiations took place between the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the King of Jordan, Abdullah II ibn al-Hussein. As a result of this meeting, the parties reached an agreement to exempt from the entry visa requirement. This further strengthens friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

Moreover, this step not only creates convenience for tourists but also expands opportunities in business and education. Now, Uzbeks can visit Jordan’s historical monuments, famous tourist sites, and cultural destinations without a visa, easily and quickly.

This new opportunity in the tourism sector is also of significant importance for the development of cultural exchange and economic cooperation between the two countries. It opens new doors for future travels and tourism projects.
