Great conveniences have been created for citizens going on pilgrimages in our country - a new electronic platform called "Unified portal of Hajj and Umrah" has been launched.
Now citizens will have the opportunity to submit applications for participation in the Hajj or Umrah pilgrimage online. The main goal of the new system is to carry out the registration process conveniently, transparently, and without human intervention.
A single electronic queue will be formed through the portal for those wishing to go on the Hajj pilgrimage. Thus, the process of receiving and reviewing applications will be fully automated.
Most importantly, citizens can now apply without leaving their homes, having submitted the necessary documents. This eliminates the need to visit various agencies, paperwork, or unnecessary bureaucratic processes.
There are two convenient ways to submit applications:
- Single Portal of Interactive Public Services - through my.gov.uz;
- Or through a special website - haj-umra.gov.uz.
This new initiative not only creates convenience for pilgrims but also ensures fair and automatic queue management.
Thus, the process of pilgrimage in Uzbekistan has become even easier and more open with the help of modern technologies.
