In the coming days, a sharp increase in geomagnetic activity is expected in Uzbekistan. According to “Meteonova”, on November 27 and 28 strong magnetic storms of the “dark yellow” level will be recorded in the country.
The intensity of the storm will rise to 4 magnitudes and, as reported, will last from 05:00 in the morning until 17:00 in the evening. Later the strength will decrease to 3 magnitudes, but on November 28 it is forecast to rise again to 4 magnitudes.
Experts say that such activity may cause weakness, headaches and blood pressure fluctuations especially in people with cardiovascular diseases, nervous system disorders, diabetes and bronchial asthma, as well as in those who are highly sensitive to weather.
Doctors recommend avoiding excessive strain, drinking more water and resting on such days.
