In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, mainly dry weather dominates. Only on 4 December in Kashkadarya region, in some places a small amount of rain may be observed. The temperature during the day will be +12…+17 degrees, at night 0…+5 degrees, in certain areas a possible drop to -2 degrees.
In Andijan, Namangan and Fergana regions, foggy weather remains. Precipitation is not expected. Temperatures at night will be -2…+3 degrees, and in the daytime will be +8…+13 degrees.
In mountainous areas, on 1–3 December there will be no rain and snow, and on 4 December in some places precipitation (rain or snow) may occur. The nighttime temperature will be -2…+3 degrees, and during the day around +5…+10 degrees.
