According to the changes and additions introduced into the Traffic Rules approved by the new government decision, now not only scooters and mopeds, but also small motor vehicles with internal combustion engines up to 25 cm³ or nominal power up to 0.25 kW, whose speed does not exceed 25 km/h, require an A1 category driving license.
Recall that in October last year, for scooter and moped drivers, an A1 category driving license was introduced for "easing" purposes. At that time, many did not take this change seriously.
Based on the new rules, now even using an electric scooter requires a license.
