Earlier, Hamas released 7 prisoners, while the Jewish state released 290. The fourth prisoner exchange was scheduled for the weekend. However, on January 29, Hamas accused Israel of jeopardizing the agreement by delaying the delivery of fuel, tents, heavy machinery and other equipment. The Israeli government has delayed the subsequent release of Palestinian prisoners. In particular, the Palestinians will not be released until the hostages are released safely.
