Blue Origin capsule successfully completes tourist flight into space

Blue Origin has successfully completed its 10th tourist flight into space as part of the NS-30 mission.

It is noted that this is the 30th launch of the New Shepard rocket, which consists of a multi-stage booster and a capsule for passengers.

The capsule, which had six participants on board, successfully landed on Earth after a short flight of 10-12 minutes into suborbital space. During the flight, the participants were in a state of weightlessness for several minutes and observed the Earth against the background of space.

Among the passengers were entrepreneur Lane Bess, who made his second flight on New Shepard, TV presenter Jesus Calleja, physicist and entrepreneur Elaine Chia Hyde, reproductive endocrinologist Richard Scott, and hedge fund partner Tushar Shah. The identity of the sixth crew member is unknown.

Recall that in July 2021, billionaire Jeff Bezos personally flew into space on Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket. On board with him were his brother Mark, 82-year-old pilot Wally Funk, and 18-year-old Dutchman Oliver Damen. Follow “Zamin” news on “Telegram”
