Kazakhstan launches "golden visa" program for foreign investors
The Republic of Kazakhstan has introduced a new program called the "golden visa" in order to attract foreign investors and strengthen the country's economic potential. The country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs made an official statement about this.

According to the new procedure, foreign citizens will now have the opportunity to obtain this visa by investing at least $ 300,000 in the authorized capital of companies in Kazakhstan or in local issue securities. In exchange for this visa, they will have the right to reside in Kazakhstan for up to 10 years.

The main goal of this initiative is to create a favorable, reliable and transparent environment for foreign investments, thereby attracting additional investments into the country's economy and strengthening confidence in the investment climate in the republic. It is noted that by introducing this innovation, Kazakhstan aims to further accelerate its economic development, drawing on the experience of countries such as the United States, the European Union and the UAE.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that this innovation is a strategic step towards further strengthening the country's openness, investment protection and stable international economic relations.

The "Golden Visa" program was officially announced on April 30 and is scheduled to be implemented from May 10 of this year.

Interestingly, a similar proposal is being introduced in Uzbekistan. According to it, foreigners can get the right to reside in Uzbekistan for up to 5 years by investing at least 200 thousand US dollars in the country's economy. This procedure is expected to come into force in Uzbekistan from June 1 of this year.
