Tourists hiking in the Krkonoše Mountains in the Czech Republic had a dreamlike experience. They found an aluminum box hidden in a secret place among the rocks in the forest, and upon opening it, they came across gold and valuables.
According to CNN, the box contained a total of 598 coins, 10 gold bracelets, 17 cigarette cases, as well as a comb, a comb and other personal items. The total weight of the boxes reached 3.7 kilograms. The total value of the identified coins is estimated at approximately $ 360 thousand.
The tourists immediately handed over the find to the Czech Oriental Museum. Archaeologists have begun special research to study this unusual treasure. According to estimates, the items may have been hidden for some reason before World War II. Among the coins is a copy dated 1921.
It is noted that no local currency was found in the box, only coins minted in the Balkans and France. Therefore, it is possible that the origin of this treasure and its connection with the geopolitical events of that time are not without reason.

At the moment, there is no exact information about who the seized items belonged to or why they were hidden. Museum experts reported that two of the cigarette cases were tightly closed and that they may contain other valuable items.
Archaeologists and metallurgists have fully analyzed the contents of the treasure and have begun work to determine its true value. Czech museum staff consider this find to be one of the most unusual and historically significant treasures found in recent years.
