In his opinion, even a week ago, such an outcome was unimaginable. Iran was very close to nuclear weapons. But the “Night Hammer” operation carried out on June 21 reduced those capabilities to zero.

Major losses in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan

The U.S. strikes targeted Iran’s nuclear centers — Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. Dan Kane, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, assessed the damage to these facilities as “extremely severe.”

As part of the operation, more than twenty “Tomahawk” missiles were launched at the Isfahan nuclear site from a U.S. submarine. In addition, stealth B-2 bombers, more than 125 military aircraft, refueling tankers, and other armed equipment took part in the mission.

J.D. Vance also emphasized that Israel played an important role. According to him, the Jewish state struck not only Iran’s nuclear capabilities but also its conventional missile potential.
