According to Financial Times, Ukraine has proposed that the United States purchase American weapons worth $100 billion as part of a special agreement for obtaining security guarantees after establishing peace with Russia, financed by Europe. This information is based on relevant documents and clearly demonstrates Kyiv’s firm position before the international community.
According to the proposals, Kyiv and Washington will also enter a strategic and financial agreement worth $50 billion with Ukrainian companies for drone production. Ukraine shared these proposals with its European partners on August 18, prior to a meeting with US President Donald Trump at the White House, FT sources reported. This demonstrates the stability and tactical clarity of Ukraine’s foreign policy.
The documents do not specify exactly which weapons Ukraine seeks to acquire, but it is known that Kyiv intends to obtain at least 10 Patriot air defense systems, as well as various missiles and spare parts to effectively protect cities and critical infrastructure. This step may also indicate Trump’s desire to bring economic benefit to American industry.

Furthermore, Ukraine demands full compensation for all economic and infrastructural damages caused by Russia during the war.
