In the Republic of Tatarstan, a 19-year-old girl set fire to her parents' apartment in an attempt to gain popularity and likes on the internet. This was reported by local publications.
The incident occurred in the city of Bugulma. The girl, intending to shoot a "trend video," deliberately set fire to the bed in her parents' bedroom. In a short time, the fire completely engulfed the room and spread quickly.
Firefighters immediately arrived at the scene and successfully extinguished the fire. As a result of the incident, the girl's neighbor, who suffered from asthma, was injured by inhaling smoke and was taken for a medical examination.
The girl had previously tried to lie to her father that the internet router was the cause, but the father didn't believe her. Later, a video related to the arson was found on his phone, revealing the true cause of the incident.
