Yesterday in Iran, an Israeli “spy” was executed

The Iranian government executed Bahman Choubi-Asl on September 29, accused of gathering information for Israeli intelligence – Mossad. This was reported by Al Arabiya.

According to court documents, Choubi-Asl was one of Israel's most important spies in Iran, carrying out tasks such as accessing government institutions and data centers, identifying the direction of electronic equipment imports, and performing various harmful operations.

Iran’s Supreme Court rejected his appeal and upheld the death sentence under the charge of “corruption on earth” (fisad fil-arz).

Additionally, the Iranian government stated that since the beginning of 2025, at least 10 people accused of spying for Israel have been executed.
