European countries and Ukraine are developing a new 12-point peace plan to stop the war along the current front line, Bloomberg reported. According to reports, the plan could become a new stage of negotiations between Kyiv and Western countries.
The source noted that the document provides for the cessation of hostilities between Ukraine and Russia based on current positions. In order to control the implementation of the plan, a proposal was also put forward to create a special Peace Council under the chairmanship of US President Donald Trump.
