Trump emphasized that the nuclear stockpile still remains a decisive force in ensuring global security. In his view, Russia and China in recent years have intensified the modernization of their nuclear technologies and may be conducting secret tests.
“In such circumstances, America must maintain its defense superiority,” said Trump.
