Adam Kadyrov reported in critical condition after car crash in Grozny

Reports have spread on social media that Adam Kadyrov, the son of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, was involved in a road traffic accident in Grozny. The opposition Telegram channel NIYSO and the outlet “Kavkaz.Realii,” citing sources, wrote that he was brought to the hospital in serious condition after the incident.
According to sources, Adam Kadyrov was taken unconscious to the republican hospital; doctors reportedly resuscitated him and are preparing to transfer him to Moscow.
The reports claim Kadyrov’s motorcade was traveling at high speed, several vehicles were involved, and several people may have been injured. It is also said that some roads in Grozny were temporarily closed afterward, with routes toward the hospital restricted.
Eighteen-year-old Adam Kadyrov is considered one of the most talked-about figures in Chechnya: some sources describe him as the secretary of the Chechen Security Council and a curator of the republic’s Interior Ministry.
So far, there is no confirmed information that officials have issued a full, public statement on the details of the incident. Therefore, the reported details remain at the level of source-based claims for now.
