In Chelyabinsk, a man with a knife attacked people in a temple

In Chelyabinsk, a 25-year-old man stabbed two women during morning service at a temple. This was reported by RBK, citing the regional department of the Investigative Committee.
The injured were hospitalized. According to Interfax, one woman sustained minor injuries, while the second victim underwent surgery.
The attack occurred at the Church of the Mother of God's "Unintentional Joy" icon on Vorovsky Street. According to Baza, a religious sister and a worshipper were injured.
The man was detained. According to the SEC, he attacked women "for a trivial reason."
Law enforcement agencies told "Intefax" that the attacker was brought to the service by his mother, who works in this temple.
According to preliminary information, the attacker is registered with a psychiatrist.
A criminal case has been initiated under part 3 of Article 30, paragraphs "a," "i" of part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder of two persons with hooligan motives).
