A child in Krasnodar received medicine worth 245 million rubles

A Krasnodar child has already been provided with one expensive medicine worth 245 million rubles, the second one is not registered in Russia - the child will receive the medicine in March, Dzen reported, citing the Ministry of Health of the Krasnodar Krai.
Earlier, Kub Mash wrote that an eight-year-old boy diagnosed with death from Duchenne's muscular dystrophy was unable to receive a vital drug in Krasnodar, and the boy's mother had to appeal to the prosecutor's office and the court.
"The 'Circle of Kindness' fund, established by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, provided the child with the expensive 'Elevidis' drug worth 245 million rubles. As for the drug "Deflazacort" - it is not registered in Russia, therefore it can be purchased only by a court decision. "Currently, such a solution exists, and the child is guaranteed to receive the medication this month," the message published on the ministry's Telegram channel says.
