Formula for happiness in Northern Europe: Scandinavian victory

Positive changes and sources of happiness in Germany

A survey conducted by Ipsos in 29 countries showed a significant increase in the level of happiness in Germany. 72 percent of the German population feels happy. Interestingly, representatives of the older generation with high incomes worldwide remain the most satisfied with their lives.

What is happiness for Germans?

  1. Being valued and loved (40%): Human relationships come first.
  2. Family and children (35%): Connection with loved ones.
  3. Health and Finance: Peace of Mind and Living Conditions.

The political situation in the state or social networks turned out to be the factors that least affect people's inner happiness.

Asia and other regions: Who is happy, who is sad?

In the Ipsos ranking, Indonesia unexpectedly took first place with an indicator of 86%. The Netherlands and Mexico also showed the highest results. On the contrary, the level of happiness in Hungary, South Korea, and Turkey is much lower. In particular, in Turkey, compared to 2011, the number of happy people decreased by 30 percent.

Situation in Uzbekistan: Family - the greatest wealth

In the "World Happiness Report," Uzbekistan consistently ranks between 50-60th places. This is one of the highest and most positive indicators in the Central Asian region.

The following are recognized as the main pillars that make people happy in our country:

  • Strong family bonds: The strongest spiritual factor.
  • Mahalla and Mutual Support: Unity in Society.
  • Peace and stability: Economic reforms and confidence in the future.

Dear compatriots, what is the main source of happiness for you? Family, work, or simple peace of mind? Who do you consider happy on this day?
