A 63-centimeter-wide narrow house has been built in Peru

In northern Peru, in the Huaral province, Aucallama district, the narrowest house in the world with a width of only 63 centimeters, but fully functional, has been built. This was reported by the publication “Oddity Central.”

It is noted that this residential building was designed and constructed by a local resident, Fabio Moreno. Although from the outside it resembles more of a street art installation, inside the house there are all the necessary facilities for modern living: a bathroom, kitchen, dining area, corridor, bedroom, workspace, laundry room, and two staircases connecting the two floors.

This unusual house is located opposite the central square of Aucallama, and anyone can visit and see it. However, due to the extremely narrow space, it is almost impossible for two or more people to view the interior at the same time.

According to Moreno, the main goal of building such a structure is to show that happiness depends not on the size of the house, but on how efficiently the available space is used. The unusual shape and bright colors of the house are already attracting thousands of tourists. It is expected that it will soon become a popular tourist destination.

Moreno has already applied to the Guinness Book of Records for the title of “the narrowest house in the world,” but the process of confirming the record may take some time.
