The popular Hyundai Creta SUV is set to receive a major update in 2027. Internal documents refer to the model under the code name SX3.

Production will begin in Tamil Nadu, India, before expanding to other countries.

According to insiders, the new Creta will feature a redesigned exterior and a refreshed interior, inspired by Hyundai’s latest Santa Fe and Palisade models.

The biggest changes are expected in the technical specifications. Rumors suggest that the model will come equipped with a powerful hybrid powertrain, consisting of a 1.5-liter gasoline engine paired with an electric motor.
