Hollywood star Brad Pitt has purchased a new luxurious home in Los Angeles' prestigious Outpost Estates neighborhood, known for housing celebrities and wealthy residents. Interestingly, the house previously belonged to Dave Keuning, one of the founding members and guitarist of the rock band “The Killers”.
The property spans a total of 779 square meters and has been renovated in a modern Spanish style. Inside, it features 6 bedrooms, spacious living rooms, a kitchen, and balconies. The windows offer a stunning view of the ocean.
Outside, there's a private courtyard, a swimming pool, a barbecue area, and even a small garden. Truly, a place fit for a star's lifestyle!
Dave Keuning and his wife, designer Emily Keuning, bought the house in 2021 for $9.6 million. In June 2024, they listed it for nearly $14 million. However, Pitt managed to negotiate the price down to $12 million and finalized the deal.
Reportedly, Brad Pitt's previous $5.5 million home was recently burglarized while the actor was away on an international promotional tour for the film “Formula 1”.
