“Twilight” saga will be shown on YouTube for the first time

According to Peopletalk, next week the famous “Twilight” saga films will be shown for the first time for free on the YouTube platform.

These five films starring Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are being broadcast with the support of Lionsgate and Fathom Entertainment. This project is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the publication of the first “Twilight” novel and is part of a special program in which the films will be re-released in theaters this October.

In addition, Lionsgate has relaunched its YouTube channel due to increasing demand from fans. It will now feature exclusive videos and bonus content.

“The Twilight Saga” is one of the most successful teen franchises in cinema history: five films have grossed more than 3.3 billion dollars worldwide. The films are based on the famous novels by Stephenie Meyer, which have sold more than 160 million copies and have been translated into 49 languages.

Lionsgate also plans to present Stephenie Meyer’s novel “Midnight Sun” as a series on the Netflix platform.
