The Gorillaz group announced their own short animated film and posted a trailer on their YouTube channel.
The full title of the cartoon is The Mountain, The Moon Cave and The Sad God. According to the plot, the participants of the Gorillaz go to the forest, and the walk turns into a dreadful adventure.
The film's premiere is scheduled for February 27th and will be shown on YouTube.
The short will be associated with The Mountain's new record, inspired by Indian culture. The ninth studio album is expected to be released on March 20, 2026.
Gorillaz is a British virtual, created by Blur vocalist Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett in 1998.
