The dollar exchange rate is expected to rise for October 23

The Bankir channel reports that in Uzbekistan, the dollar exchange rate effective on October 23, 2025 is forecast to rise by around 90–91 soums.

• Agrobank — 11,960 soums

• NBU — 11,960 soums

• Hayotbank — 12,020 soums

• Aloqabank — 12,030 soums
