April 23 dollar exchange rate forecast released

The US dollar exchange rate is declining in Uzbekistan's currency market, a banker's Telegram channel reported. Forecasts suggest the dollar rate on April 23, 2026, is expected to weaken by approximately 20-21 soum.

Currently, Aloqabank (12,040 soum) and Universalbank (12,040 soum) offer the highest and most favorable rates for selling dollars to banks. Anorbank and Garantbank have set their currency selling rate at 12,030 soum.

The lowest rates for buying dollars were recorded at Halk Bank (12,070 soum) and OFB (12,070 soum). Asia Alliance Bank's buying rate is 12,075 soum, while Davrbank's is 12,080 soum. It is recommended to recheck banks' internal rates before conducting currency exchange operations.
