The National Statistics Committee reported that in January-October 2025, the country's retail turnover reached 356.6 trillion soums. This indicator is 10.3% higher than in the same period last year.
As of November 1, there were 85,585 commercial enterprises operating in the industry. During this period, wholesale turnover also showed growth, reaching 393.9 trillion soums - 12.2% more than in 2024. The number of enterprises reached 50,763.
In October, it was reported that electric car sales in the secondary market increased by 15%. Sales of all types of vehicles across the republic reached 112.5 thousand units.
In Tashkent, new tariffs have been introduced for a number of services in markets and shopping malls, including the payment procedure for parking and commercial filming services.
