Uzbekistan's Porcelain Exports Led by Neighboring Markets

Uzbekistan's Porcelain Exports: Neighboring Markets Take the Lead

According to new data released by the National Statistics Committee, during the reporting period, Uzbekistan primarily exported porcelain products to neighboring and regional countries. The largest share was attributed to Kazakhstan, with a total of $102,000 worth of porcelain delivered to the country.

Afghanistan was recorded as the second-largest market. Porcelain exports to this country amounted to $60,800, which also represents a significant portion of the total volume. Experts believe that geographic proximity and logistical convenience are driving active trade with neighboring countries.

At the same time, exports to the European market are also ongoing. In particular, $39,000 worth of porcelain products were shipped to Germany. Following this, Ukraine received $15,900, and China recorded $14,400 in imports. Other countries accounted for a combined total of $13,900.

According to the data, Uzbekistan's porcelain exports covered a total of 15 countries. While the majority of exports are currently directed to neighboring and regional markets, steady progress is also being made in the European and Asian directions.

In summary, Uzbekistan's most reliable and active buyers for porcelain exports remain the nearby markets for now. However, opportunities to expand geographical reach are steadily increasing.
