The second dangerous habit is drinking alcohol, especially a glass of wine in the evening. People often think of it as a helpful or relaxing routine. However, ethanol breaks down into acetaldehyde in the body, which damages DNA structures. The more often a person drinks, the higher the risk of complex changes in the liver.

The third factor is the love for fried food. Oils that have been heavily and repeatedly heated release carcinogens: acrolein, PAHs, and various aldehydes. These substances overload the liver and trigger mutations in its cells.

The fourth and very common problem is the regular use of painkillers, antibiotics, and “natural” supplements without a doctor’s supervision. Luu Thao Ngoc calls this one of the biggest dangers. Especially risky are unproven remedies with no scientific validation.
