The Hazrati Imam complex in Tashkent will be restored
At an extraordinary meeting of the Scientific and Expert Council under the Cultural Heritage Agency held on April 9, renovation and restoration projects for a number of historical objects included in the Hazrati Imam (Hastimom) complex were considered. This was reported by the agency's press service.

It was noted that the restoration projects submitted for the Abu Bakr Kaffol Shoshi Mausoleum located on Zarkainar Street, the Barokkhan and Muyi Mubarak madrasahs, the Namozgoh and Tillasheykh mosques were considered by the council members and unanimously approved.

It is emphasized that the projects were approved with the condition that no damage to monuments would be caused and that the foundation of the walls would be made of special water brick - Muslim brick baked in a kiln measuring 250×250×50.

The implementation and control of these works were entrusted to the Tashkent City Department of the Cultural Heritage Agency and the State Institution "Research Institute of Cultural Heritage".

The Council also approved the projects for the renovation of the Kyzyltepa Historical Museum in Navoi region and the construction of a mausoleum and auxiliary buildings at the Manak Ata shrine located in the Khojaabad district of Andijan region.
