A man who promised to admit three people to university was arrested in Tashkent

A person who promised to admit students to study was detained in Tashkent. This was reported by the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office.

It is known that citizen Sh.S. (previously convicted of fraud) with the help of acquaintances promised to admit citizen D.A. and two of his acquaintances to the University of Information Technologies and Management in Kashkadarya from the 3rd stage. He was detained when he received 6 thousand dollars in return.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) and Articles 28, 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and investigative measures are being conducted. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
