
The 2025 Hajj season in Uzbekistan will begin on May 13. This was reported by the press service of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan.
It is reported that daily flights from Uzbekistan to Saudi Arabia will be operated until May 28. Pilgrims will fly directly to the city of Medina via airports in Tashkent, Bukhara, Namangan, Samarkand, Karshi, Termez, Urgench, Navoi and Nukus.
Flights will be operated by Uzbekistan Airways, FlyNas and FlyAdeal airlines. Preparations for the organization of Hajj events are in full swing:
- Pilgrims have undergone a medical examination;
- Vaccinations have been carried out;
- Group leaders and doctors have been appointed;
- Practical training has been organized before the trip;
- Documents have been formalized.
Each pilgrim is also provided with a booklet “Hajj is a Great Worship”, a bag, a hat, a thermos, an umbrella, a SIM card and a charger.
Currently, the group leaders are holding talks with the pilgrims on the Hajj rituals.
