The incident in the Kokdala district of the Kashkadarya region once again showed the need to pay serious attention to the issues of child safety and technical supervision. According to official information provided by the district administration, on June 15, an accident occurred with a combine harvester machine intended for harvesting grain belonging to a citizen living in the district.
According to information, the combine driven by H.G. was involved in harvesting work in the grain field of citizen U.B. However, due to a technical malfunction of the equipment, the combine had to be taken to U.B.'s house for repairs.
While the repairs were being carried out, U.B.'s son, born in 2022, who was left careless and unattended, fell into the combine. As a result of the accident, the boy received serious injuries to his right and left hands and was urgently taken to the hospital.
According to medical personnel, there are no serious life-threatening factors for the injured child, and his condition is currently stable. However, this incident once again reminds all parents and responsible persons of the need to be extremely careful about children's safety, especially around agricultural machinery or other working units.
Officials emphasize that in order to prevent such incidents, it is necessary not to leave children unattended, to follow all safety rules in case of technical malfunctions, and, of course, to ensure that there are no children around during repairs. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
