A citizen of Uzbekistan previously deported from Russia for violating migration laws attempted to return to Volgograd region under a new name and passport, Nova24 reported.
Despite a five-year entry ban, he decided to circumvent it by flying to Belarus and crossing the border from there. Though it nearly worked, Russian police identified and detained him.
