Passenger dies in Tashkent metro

A passenger died in the Tashkent metro on the morning of June 23, reported Podrobno.uz.

Around 07:40, a man traveling on a train along the Chilanzar line felt unwell and exited the train on his own at one of the stations.

Metro staff provided first aid and called emergency services. Despite the timely arrival of paramedics, the man could not be saved.

Witnesses said the man’s body was seen on a bench at the Paxtakor station, covered with a cloth. A note indicating the time of death was placed on top.

The body has been sent for forensic medical examination. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the incident. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
