During the conflict, the woman grabbed a kitchen knife and ran outside. Reaching her husband's car, she furiously punctured its tires. This act further enraged the man.
Instead of calming her down, the man used physical force. He beat her with his fists right on the street in front of onlookers. After that, the woman sat on the ground crying and said she had lost hearing in one ear.
The most surprising thing is that despite the seriousness of the situation, the couple had not previously contacted law enforcement. This suggests that domestic violence may have occurred before as well.
