On August 16, in the Dehkanobod neighborhood of Buvaydin district, Fergana region, a very tragic traffic accident occurred, according to local sources. This event caused deep concern among the residents of the neighborhood and traffic safety specialists.
It became known that a six-year-old child was riding a bicycle in the neighborhood and moved onto the roadside. At the same time, a GAZ-3110 vehicle driven by a 33-year-old man collided with the child who had entered the roadway. The driver could not react in time, and after the collision applied the brakes sharply, but it was impossible to prevent the tragedy.
The injured child was taken to the hospital by an emergency medical team. Despite the medical assistance and professional care provided, it was not possible to save his life, and he died.
The press service of the regional traffic safety department responded to this tragic incident, calling on the population to strictly follow traffic rules, supervise children, and not put their own or others' lives at risk.
