In Tashkent, the case related to driver N.Yu. attracted great public attention. It was reported that a total of 370 enforcement documents were brought into proceedings against him by the Tashkent City Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau. The total value of these documents amounts to 328.7 million soums.
According to the data, the main problem of the debtor is repeated violations of traffic rules. It was established that during 2024–2025 he committed 354 violations while driving his “JETOUR” car, which resulted in administrative fines totaling 258.7 million soums. However, he has not made any attempt to pay these fines even once.
In addition, among the documents there are 14 tax debts, with a total amount reaching 51.8 million soums. Also, two enforcement documents were submitted in favor of ATB “Mikrokreditbank” regarding the recovery of credit debt in the amount of 18.2 million soums.
During the inspection, it was revealed that the “JETOUR” car used by the driver was purchased on credit and registered as bank collateral. Since the payments were not made, measures of seizure were applied to this vehicle.
At present, necessary enforcement actions are being carried out to recover debts totaling more than 328.7 million soums. Officials emphasized that this case clearly demonstrates the serious consequences that repeated violations and failure to make payments on time can lead to.
