Hunters who shot wild boar in Gulistan brought to court

In Gulistan, hunters violated the law by shooting a wild boar, the Sirdarya regional ecology department reported. According to officials, the incident took place in the Beshbuloq neighborhood. Three men used a hunting rifle to kill the animal.

Ecologists calculated that the damage to nature amounts to 6 million 180 thousand soms. Case materials have been submitted to the Gulistan district court, which will make a legal decision on the matter.

Experts warn that illegal hunting of wild animals seriously harms the ecological balance. Citizens are therefore urged to treat natural resources with care and strictly follow the law.
