The verdict in the murder case, which shocked many, was read in the Chinaz district court. The court sentenced a 16-year-old teenager to 8.5 years in prison for killing his classmate.
The tragic incident occurred on June 6 in the village of Yallama. According to the investigation materials, after a telephone conversation with his mother, the victim said that he would visit his friends for a short time and left home. However, dark news followed - the teenager's body was found near one of the village houses with multiple stab wounds. It was later revealed that the murder took place on the territory of a local football field.
During the trial, the accused, the young man, stated that his actions were accidental, expressed deep regret, and apologized. At the same time, he requested a lighter sentence.
However, during the trial, all evidence was examined, and the accused was found guilty under part 1 of Article 97 (premeditated murder) and Article 85 (imprisonment) of the Criminal Code. He was sentenced to 8.5 years in prison.
Thus, a verdict was issued in connection with the murder case in Chinaz. This event caused great distress not only among the local population but also among the entire community. As can be seen from the court decision, punishment is inevitable and everyone is accountable before the law.
