In Fergana region, another unpleasant traffic accident occurred. Yesterday, on September 25, in the city of Margilan, a Lacetti car collided with an ambulance, causing a serious incident related to road traffic safety. This was reported by the regional Traffic Safety Department press service.
According to official reports, the accident was recorded at the 7th kilometer of the D-087 highway, that is, on the “Margilan–Kuva–Marhamat” route, on “Mustaqillik” street of the “Urda tagi” neighborhood. The driver of the Lacetti-2 car lost control of the vehicle while driving, moved into the opposite lane, and collided with a Volkswagen ambulance, after which a sharp accident occurred.
According to preliminary information, as a result of the incident, a passenger in the ambulance was injured. First medical aid was provided to him, and his condition is being examined. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were recorded in the accident.
Experts emphasize that a driver’s loss of control endangers not only himself but also the lives of other road users. Representatives of the Traffic Safety Department stated that investigative actions on this case have begun, and measures will be taken against the guilty person within the framework of the law.
