Law enforcement officers have uncovered individuals who promised to obtain or restore their driver's licenses.

According to the information, during an operational event conducted by the Baghdad district department of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office and employees of the State Security Service, an inspector of the Buvayda district branch of the "Vatanparvar" organization, Z.T., was detained. He was caught red-handed while receiving $1,000 in exchange for taking a driver's license exam and preparing a category "B" driver's license for citizen T.Z.

Also, during another operation conducted jointly by the Department's Kanlykul District Department and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, citizen I.Sh. was detained. He gained the trust of citizen A.K. and promised to restore his driver's license, which was canceled on the basis of a court decision, allegedly with the help of high-ranking acquaintances. He was exposed with material evidence when he received 1,500 US dollars for this service.

It was reported that criminal cases have been initiated under Articles 25 and 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code, as well as Articles 28 and 211 (bribery), and investigative actions are currently underway.
