In the Sergeli district of Tashkent city, an enforcement process was carried out in which the “Lacetti” car of a citizen indebted to a loan was placed on a penalty parking lot. This event occurred based on the enforcement documents processed by the MIB Sergeli district department. According to the enforcement document, the debt of citizen U.M. was determined to be 44 million 799 thousand 505 sums in favor of the credit organization "A.C." The “Lacetti” car was used as collateral in the collection process.
According to the law, the debtor was given a 15-day voluntary period to pay off the debt. However, since the debt was not paid within this period, a search for the debtor’s vehicle was announced. Following rapid search operations, the “Lacetti” car was found and placed in the penalty area.
The enforcement process is currently ongoing, and measures are being taken to put the vehicle up for electronic auction sales. This case serves as a reminder to debtors about the importance of paying off loans responsibly.
