An enforcement document regarding the collection of a fee of 9,792,000 soums in favor of the state, based on the decision of the Interdistrict Civil Court of Mirzo Ulugbek regarding the application of citizen K.A. against A.A. concerning other agreements (contracts), was received in the proceedings of the state enforcement officer R. Mirxalilov of the Tashkent City Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.
In this enforcement document, the parties are founders of an LLC. The court satisfied the claims of founder A.A. regarding the removal of citizen K.A. from among the participants of the LLC and the payment of his share at the relevant percentage for the last reporting year, and it was established that the state fee to be paid in connection with the court's decision should be collected from founder A.A.
During the measures to collect the debt within the enforcement proceedings, the debtor was warned that the amount of the state fee must be paid within 5 (five) days on the basis of part six of Article 43-1 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On enforcement of court documents and documents of other bodies" and that if the requirements of the state enforcement officer were not met within the period specified in part seven of this article, an enforcement fee would be imposed on him.
As a result of the enforcement actions carried out, on 06.10.2025, the full amount of 9,792,000 soums in state fees was collected in favor of the state, and the enforcement document was completed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 41 of the Law.
