The incident that occurred in the Yangihayot district inspired the entire public — the student who showed courage and humanity was honored by the minister. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation.
According to reports, on October 18, Minister Qunghirotboy Sharipov met with the young hero, Muhriddin Ilashov. His brave act — rescuing an unattended child from danger — became widely discussed among citizens.
During the meeting, the minister emphasized Muhriddin’s courage and presented him with an official letter of appreciation and a commemorative gift. “Such humane and brave young people are a source of hope for our future. They can serve as symbols of dedication and compassion for the nation,” said Sharipov.
The student’s action has made not only his fellow students but the entire education system proud. His bravery was widely discussed on social media and was regarded by many as an act of heroism.
As the minister noted, such stories further strengthen the feelings of kindness, humanity, and patriotism among the youth. In his view, every young person should nurture such qualities and act with determination in life.
