In the verdict issued by the Zangiota District Court of Tashkent region against the head of “F.G.” LLC, justice was served regarding the criminal case related to embezzlement of state funds.
It became known that, through collusion, he entered false information into documents concerning construction and repair works carried out under a contract worth 998 million soums and embezzled more than 206 million soums of unperformed work.
During the court process, the guilty person admitted his actions and fully compensated for the damage caused. For his crime, based on Article 167, part 3, paragraph “a” and Article 228, part 2, paragraphs “a,b” of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a criminal fine of 30 million 300 thousand soums was imposed.
The full debt was recovered as a result of enforcement actions carried out by the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.
State funds are public property, abusing them means abusing trust.
