According to the enforcement order of the Shaykhontohur Interdistrict Civil Court, an executive document regarding the collection of 407 million 393 thousand soums from debtor J.Ye. in favor of the collecting bank, and the enforcement against the pledged “JETOUR” vehicle belonging to the debtor, was received by the Tashkent City Department of the Bureau on 09.09.2025.
Pursuant to Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Enforcement of Court Documents and Documents of Other Bodies”, enforcement proceedings were initiated and the debtor was given a 5-day voluntary deadline. During the enforcement actions, with the participation of the collecting party, the “JETOUR” was seized and steps are now being taken to put the seized asset up for auction sale in connection with this executive document.
