Collateral house sold in Buka district due to credit debt

Based on an enforcement order from the Chirchik Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases, an enforcement document regarding the recovery of 128,898,000 soum in credit debt from the debtor I.D. in favor of the claimant "InFinBank" JSC, and the redirection of recovery to the collateral property belonging to I.D. — a residential building located in the "Uzbek" mahalla, Buka district, Tashkent region, with a land plot of 400 square meters, a building footprint of 228.76 square meters, and a living area of 52.00 square meters — was received by the Tashkent Regional Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, and enforcement actions were initiated.

During the enforcement process, as the debtor failed to comply with the requirements of the enforcement document, the collateral property belonging to the debtor I.D. was seized to recover the credit debt, and the debtor was warned that the recovery would be directed toward this collateral if the debt remained unpaid.

Despite this, because the debtor failed to pay the credit debt, the collateral property was put up for sale via an electronic online auction in accordance with the decision of an inspector from the Department for Execution of Especially Important Enforcement Proceedings of the Tashkent Regional Bureau, sold for 246,795,100 soum, and the proceeds from the sale were transferred to the claimant, "InFinBank" JSC, and the enforcement proceedings were effectively closed.
